Service Contract

Viewers seeking peace of mind may wish to consider taking advantage of our labour only, annual service cover to ensure that any disruption to their viewing pleasure is kept to an absolute minimum.

This special facility is designed to provide ongoing support and takes effect after the initial twelve month labour warranty period and is an optional extra.

A small yearly charge ensures that your satellite dish installation is covered against all electrical and mechanical failures including adverse weather conditions. If something goes wrong, we will put it right for you, the labour charge will be covered and you will you only have to pay for any replacement parts that are not covered by the guarantee.

Dish Protection Plan:

60.00€ per Year for original Installation by a2sat

80.00€ per Year on all other Installations (subject to System check by an a2sat engineer)

Note: The Dish Protection Cover covers your out door installation which includes the Satellite Dish, LNB, mounting bracketry and all associated external downlead cabling to the satellite receiver.

Our aim is to resolve your problem as swiftly as possible and our normal service level is based around completing your call within 24 working hours of receiving your call request. (Service levels may vary slightly in remote / rural areas and during peak periods)

The Dish Protection Cover is recommended purely to protect you from paying unexpected call-out charges for repairs relating to the operation of your satellite system. Some customers may go to the bother of finding local Engineers and paying ad-hoc repair bills, while other customers prefer to have the peace of mind that they have someone they can call upon for prompt assistance (this cuts out a great deal of lost viewing time.)

To make life simple and convenient you can pay for your cover by Credit / Debit card, cheque or cash direct to our office, or Engineer (if a system check is advised).
